If this is your first time logging in to the portal, please follow these steps:
- Username: Your username is your lowercase first name, concatenated with your lowercase last name, separated by a period.
Example: john.doe - Password: Your password is a combination of your last name in lowercase and the year 2024, with no spaces in between.
Example: doe2024
